Claim
The Secretary of War declared the Department of War must have full, unrestricted access to Anthropic's models for every lawful purpose and designated the company a supply-chain risk, and Anthropic replied that no amount of intimidation or punishment will change its position on mass surveillance or autonomous weapons.
