Peking University reaches a 1-nm ferroelectric transistor at 0.6 volts
Claim
Peking University achieved ferroelectric transistors at 1-nm gate length switching at just 0.6 volts, an order of magnitude more energy efficient than previous records, while Intel's Xeon 6+ debuted its 18A process with 288 cores.
Reported metric: 1 nm / 0.6 V
Reporting date: (not necessarily the event date)
