Nemotron 3 is NVIDIA’s hybrid-architecture open model family (research page). NVIDIA open-sourced it with weights, training data and RL environments — not just weights — which the newsletter singled out as pushing the efficiency frontier. The family grew in March with Nemotron 3 Super, a 120-billion-parameter hybrid with 12 billion active, released as NVIDIA said it sees no wall in post-training.
