Maze's COMPASS Platform: A Data Fabric for Drug Discovery and Development
At BioData 2022 I presented COMPASS, Maze Therapeutics’ informatics framework for translating genetic insight into therapeutic targets. Built on a data-lake architecture, COMPASS integrates tens of billions of records from diverse sources so researchers can move rapidly from genetic variant to drug candidate.
I also introduced Sightline, a portal for visualizing the R&D portfolio, with an initial focus on analyzing allelic series to strengthen target validation across Maze’s pipeline programs.
