Worked with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement an informatics framework streamlining brain research on adolescent development (NCANDA):
- Developed an open-source data platform on the scientific-Python stack (Pandas, Matplotlib), with automated builds via Docker and continuous integration (Travis, CircleCI).
- Harmonized imaging (DICOM) and clinical (Access, CSV, ASCII) datasets into a data warehouse for scientific analysis.
- Organized an annual brain-imaging hackathon to promote best practices and software adoption.
